Michael Moore tribute at the Sedona International Film Festival

Tomorrow, Saturday February 27th at 2:10pm, he’ll be at the Sedona International Film Festival for one of the highlights of this year’s program, “A Conversation With Michael Moore“. Moore will be joined by his wife and producing partner Kathleen Glynn for the session, which will be hosted by Mary Fisher. One of the most outspoken and sometime controversial filmmakers of all time, Moore has opened the consciousness of the American public with his riveting, challenging and thought-provoking documentaries.

Following the Q&A, the festival will be screening Moore’s latest film “Capitalism: A Love Story” at 4:20pm. Moore will be on hand for another Q&A right after the film.

Robert Osborne hosts classic films at the 2010 Sedona International Film Festival

Robert Osborne, host of the Turner Classic Movies television network, returns by popular demand to the Sedona International Film Festival. Over the course of three days he will present three classic films as they were meant to be seen on the big screen! Osborne will introduce the films and will also host Q&A discussions following each screening.

Thursday February 25th, 4:35pm
“A Place In The Sun” (1951) with Montgomery Clift, Elizabeth Taylor and Shelley Winters

Get ready for the 2010 Sedona International Film Festival!

Michael Moore, special guest at the 2010 Sedona International Film Festival

Starting tomorrow, Harkins Sedona Six Theatres hosts the 16th annual Sedona International Film Festival! This year’s festival features special guests Michael Moore and TCM’s Robert Osborne. Enjoy 145 of the best independent films over six full days as Sedona proudly takes center stage from today until February 28th.

Tonight is Preview Night. The Arizona premiere of Italian documentary feature film “Terra Madre” is at 5:00pm followed by a special free event at 7:30, the Pachamama Alliance Presentation with Neal Rogin and Mark Dubois.
